We are pleased to advise that the building contract tender process has commenced with three builders selected to tender the job. Given the current construction environment we have agreed to a slightly longer than usual tender process to provide the Builders and their sub-contractors the opportunity to work through the drawings and pricing in a methodical manner.

The tender closes in late March and we look forward to updating our valued Elysian Buyers once we have reviewed the tenders with our Development team.
