104 Erindale Road, Balcatta – Project Update March 2019

Celsius Developments is pleased to commence its latest commercial development located at 104 Erindale Road, Balcatta. The completed development will comprise of a 7-Eleven fuel and convenience store, a Magic Hands Carwash and 3 food tenancies.

The 5,025m2 site is currently occupied by 3 showrooms with attached office and warehouse space. Two of the existing tenants have vacated the premises with the final tenant vacating 31 March.

Included with this update are photos of the buildings which currently occupy the property.

Development approval has been received and we are currently waiting for the demolition licence to be issued. Demolition should commence in 2 to 3 weeks and will take 2 weeks to complete.
