Celebrating 20 Years of Celsius
In 2025, Celsius Property Group proudly celebrated 20 years in business — marking two decades of growth across property development and real estate services in Western Australia.
Since 2005, Celsius has grown into an integrated property group spanning development and land, sales, property management, strata management and finance, while remaining focused on the people and communities at the heart of property.
The milestone was celebrated with two days on Rottnest Island, bringing our team together to recognise the people and relationships that have shaped Celsius over the past 20 years.
Everyone deserves a home
Property is at the heart of what we do at Celsius, and we believe everyone should have access to a place where they can feel safe and secure.
That’s why Celsius Property Group is proud to partner with Homes for Homes, supporting the delivery of more social and affordable housing for Australians in need.
When a home is purchased at Alma Square in North Perth or Jual in Shenton Park, 0.1% of the sale price is donated to Homes for Homes and pooled with contributions from across the property industry to fund housing projects in Western Australia.
By working together, we can help create stronger communities and support more people to have a place to call home.

Celsius Property Group is proud to play an active role in Western Australia’s property industry, contributing our experience and perspectives to the conversations shaping its future.
Several members of the Celsius team hold leadership and committee positions with the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Property Council of Australia, contributing across areas including residential development, infill, infrastructure, community engagement and professional development.
Through this involvement, we have the opportunity to collaborate with industry peers, contribute to advocacy and share ideas that support better property and community outcomes across Western Australia.
Standing together against homelessness
Celsius has a longstanding relationship with Vinnies WA, supporting its work to provide practical assistance, safe accommodation and pathways towards greater stability for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
One of the ways we support Vinnies is through the annual CEO Sleepout, with Managing Director, Richard Pappas and Managing Director of Land, Brenton Downing collectively participating in 17 sleepouts to raise funds and awareness.
Over the years, our team has valued the opportunity to learn more about the impact of Vinnies’ work, including Tom Fisher House and the Passages Youth Engagement Hub, which provide important support to those in need.
As a business working within the property industry, we believe everyone should have access to a safe and secure place to call home, and we are proud to continue supporting the important work of Vinnies in our community.
