September saw the roof sheeting installed on the 7-Eleven and fast food tenancies and the 7-Eleven fuel canopy. The windows were also installed.
With roof cover on and windows in, this allowed the electricians to commence their rough ins and the stud frames to be erected.
Externally the shop front canopies and signage frames were also erected.
With practical completion due at the end of October the builder will spend the next month putting the final touches to the building, forecourt and landscaping. This will then allow 7-Eleven to spend November fitting out the store.
