121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update April 2018
During April the Development team’s focus turned to finalising, in conjunction with the project’s builder, the building permit application. Before the application could be made, a few construction issues were raised by the Town of Victoria Park which required some minor amendments to the plans. These amendments are now completed and the application will be made in the coming week.
On the sales front, Celsius Property have been working hard to market the development and they have received good interest to date.
