39 Wicca Street, Rivervale – Project Update October 2018
Since our last update we have been in a holding pattern waiting for the development application to be assessed by the City of Belmont.
We are still hopeful that the assessment will be completed prior to 20 November, which is the statutory 60 day time-frame from the date of lodgement.
We have been in communication with the Council and at their request have made a number of minor amendments to the plans.
We believe these amendments and the overall plans have been well received by the Council and therefore we have no reason to believe at this point in time that development approval won’t be granted.
