45 Halley Street, Innaloo – Project Update September 2016
Although the prolonged winter weather we have experienced in Perth this year has slowed down work on site, good progress is being made on the brickwork of all four villas.
Units B, C and D are now complete and Unit A is well underway. We expect all brickwork will be complete by next week. The roof carpenter will also commence work on site next week starting with the rear two units.
At this stage we are on track to have the development completed in April next year, but we will update you on progress as the building progresses.
