Celsius Land June Update
Project Update – Celsius Living – Piara Waters
Celsius was very excited to settle the final 3 lots in our Celsius Living – Piara Waters project in June 2025 along with completing the winter planting in the public open space to finalise the parks. Having settled on the acquisition of this project in January 2022 we are proud to have essentially completed the project within 3.5 years which included the preparation and approval of a structure plan, subdivision approval, construction of 2 stages, landscaping of 2 parks and marketing, selling and settling all 84 lots. This couldn’t have been completed without the support of a brilliant team of professionals including Rowe Group Town Planners, Western Environmental, Peritas Engineers, MNG Surveyors and Plan E Landscape Architects to name a few. The project has resolved a tricky corner of infill which has provided much improved walking connectivity from established areas of Piara Waters through to the CY O’Connor pub and local shops, as well as providing new parks for new and existing residents. The project has contributed to the housing continuum by providing housing sites close to existing schools and shops; with approximately 40 homes currently under construction and many more due to start in the 2nd half of this year.
Project Update – Celsius Living – Champion Lakes
Construction works in stage 1 (54 lots) were completed in June 2025 with titles expected to issue in July 2025. Stage 2 engineering design is currently being finalised with works due to start later this year. The public open space landscaping is currently being tendered with works due to commence in August / September 2025. Three lots remain for sale in stage 1.
Project Update – Exmouth Marina land and housing development
Celsius Land is project managing the residential development of the remainder of the Exmouth marina. The town planning scheme amendment for the rezoning of the site to Urban Development is currently being considered by the Western Australian Planning Commission. A subdivision application was lodged with the Western Australian Planning Commission on 3 June 2025. Engineering design is well progressed with preparations underway for a sales release later this year. Project Update – 41 Mewett Road, Quindalup
Celsius Land is project managing the residential development of 41 Mewett Road Quindalup. On 25 June 2025 the rezoning of this property to Urban Development zone was initiated by the City of Busselton as part of a broader rezoning of the Dunsborough East area. The Environmental Protection Authority will now consider whether the rezoning should be formally assessed prior to public advertising later this year. The initiation of this scheme amendment follows 3 years of planning on the project including consultation and feedback from the local community. The project is important to ensure more residential land is supplied to the market with the Dunsborough Lakes development now complete and Dunsborough feeling the impacts of significant pressure on house prices in recent years.
