Over 6 years since first site acquisition, we are pleased to see demolition progressing well at Alma Square North Perth. Today we are excited to celebrate another major milestone with the signing of the build contract with Atlas Building. Atlas (BGC Commercial) delivered our last two projects – Elysian Subiaco and Park Terraces Shenton Park – and we look forward to building on this strong working relationship to deliver another high-quality development.
Construction is scheduled to commence in the first week of September, with new Residents anticipated to be calling Alma Square home in the first quarter of 2028.
To date we have secured over 45 sales of the 108 apartments with a strong take up across the huge variety of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Having spent the first 3 months of our marketing campaign exclusively dealing with local buyers it is pleasing to see 36 sales to Owner Occupiers with 3 of the Investors having a long term view to move into Alma when the time is right.
Whilst the journey to this point has not been easy, we are incredibly grateful to our team of Consultants for working tirelessly to curate a beautiful building that we are confident will transform the centre of North Perth. With over 1,500m2 of ground floor retail including dedicated food and beverage along Alma Road, we are passionate about delivering a building that is great for both the residents above and surrounding community.
