Alma Square – September Project Update
During the month of September, solid hoarding was installed around the perimeter of the site, giving Alma Square a strong presence on the streetscape and preparing the site for the works ahead. This hoarding will also feature the sales and marketing collateral for the project.
By the time you’re reading this, the piling mats will have been completed (in the photos included with this update, they were still under construction). The piling rig is scheduled to arrive on 30 September, and the month of October will be dedicated to piling, with the rig working its way around the site to install the piles that will form the basement walls. This marks an important milestone in the construction program as the project begins to take shape.
