Shaping Exmouth’s Future: Sundrift Stage 1 Contractor Appointed
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Exmouth Civil as Head Contractor for Stage 1, which will deliver 112 lots, commencing in November 2025 and scheduled for completion in November 2026.
Our goal with Sundrift is to create a neighbourhood that supports both growth and liveability enabling a sustainable community that will continue to thrive for decades to come.

Sundrift is a true team effort, with thanks to Porter Consulting Engineers, TBB Planning, Ray White Exmouth, The Brand Hierarchy, and the broader project team for their ongoing collaboration.
We also appreciate the support of Kevin Michel MLC, Matt Niikkula (Shire President), and representatives from the Gascoyne Development Commission and Shire of Exmouth, who joined us last week to mark this milestone at the Turning of the Sod ceremony.

The first stage is due to be released for sale late this year.
Project Update – Celsius Living – Champion Lakes
A landscape contract for the stage 1 park and Arabian Court road reserve is underway with completion due in January 2026. Stage 1 continues to progress well with 50 of the 54 sales now settled and many homes under construction. Planning for Stage 2 (50 lots) is well advanced, with the civil construction recently tendered and expected to commence in late 2025 or early 2026. This stage will be released for sale soon after construction commences.
