I’m Taryn, and I’m writing to introduce myself as the Senior Property Manager at Celsius Property (with 10 years’ experience at Celsius). Meet Our Team

Our team have extensive knowledge on the local market, legislation, and experience with both green title and strata-titled properties.  We pride ourselves on low vacancy rates and high tenant retention, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships between owners and tenants. We operate collaboratively, meaning landlords and tenants receive consistent support, even if their dedicated Property Manager is away – so queries are always being answered promptly.

Sounds stress free, right? That’s because it is! Owning an investment property should feel rewarding and our role is to make the process as seamless as possible while always acting in your best interest.

Our team currently consists of three qualified Property Managers a, allowing us to maintain a low property- to -property manager ratio (no more than 100 per qualified property manager) and deliver a higher standard of service. We’re also supported by a dedicated Trust Accountant (with 18 years at Celsius), who manages many of the financial tasks – freeing our Property Managers to focus their time where it matters most; communication, asset management, and YOUR property.
