Piccolo Deli & Sola Pilates open at Elysian Subiaco
Finishing a development and welcoming residents is without doubt one of the most rewarding parts of our job. Moving your office into your development and seeing the staff enjoy the new space and location is incredibly satisfying. Adding vibrancy with retail offerings that provide daily amenity to the surrounding community takes it to the next level. Welcoming your daughter’s first business venture at 18 and seeing her seamlessly pull together what no doubt will be an amazing and unique Pilates experience is absolutely the cherry on the top and both Rox and I are very proud of her.
We have always advocated that density creates vibrancy and hasn’t the top of Rokeby Road Subiaco come to life? Piccolo Deli is in my opinion the best deli in Perth offering a great breakfast, delightful rolls at lunch and ready-made meals for dinner at home. Having recently travelled to Chicago, I can attest to their offer rivalling the famous delis of downtown Chicago, like Schnieders Deli (pictured below).

Piccolo Deli has expanded their offering and floor space since relocating 150m up the road to Elysian Subiaco, now offering breakfast and lunch 7 days a week with the ability to collect ready-made meals for dinner. In addition to the fabulous food, coffee and service, the north orientated pocket park is a great place to take a breather or connect with friends or colleagues.

Sola Pilates
“Sola Pilates is not like other studios. At Sola Pilates, the journey began from a shared passion for reformer Pilates and a desire to make movement more accessible. After years of attending traditional studio sessions, we realised that fixed class times didn’t always align with the demands of our daily schedules. Seeking greater flexibility, we invested in a reformer for home use — and quickly discovered the freedom of practising Pilates on our own terms. This experience inspired us to create a space where others could enjoy that same convenience without compromising quality or atmosphere.” Isabella Pappas.
Sola Pilates officially opens their doors on the 2nd February with on demand pilates by Your Reformer, bookings are accessible from 6am to 9pm to suit your busy schedule. In addition to an array of classes on offer at your finger tips, the pricing and membership options ensure an affordable package is available to all. Access codes sent direct to your phone provide seamless entry to the secure studio.

Following the success of Modus Coffee and Boston Brewing Co amongst other retailers at Vic Quarter, the completion of the commercial tenancy mix at Elysian Subiaco, we are excited to progress the curation of perfect retail tenants for Alma Square, now under construction with an anticipated completion of early 2028. Alma Square will have the largest retail footprint created by Celsius as it looks to not only enhance the offering of North Perth, but provide its new heartbeat.
High street retail adds to the vibrancy of an area solidifying the Celsius “why” when it comes to quality mixed use infill and housing choice, something all of Perth is embracing and we need to continue to do much more of. The location of Celsius’ next project, Jual Shenton Park, was without doubt inspired by the daily amenity created adjacent the site in Shenton Quarter, anchored by a very impressive Coles Local.
