New Assistant Development Manager
In August 2026, we welcomed Liam McCafferty to the team as our new Assistant Development Manager. Liam joins Celsius Land with a background in project management and major capital project delivery across the residential, education, commercial and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Celsius, Liam held project management roles with St John of God Health Care and Deloitte, where he worked on a range of major projects including the $850m+ Edith Cowan University City Campus and the St John of God Midland Private Hospital.
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works at Champion Lakes are nearing completion, with Practical Completion expected shortly. Titles were issued on 17 August 2026, with settlements due to commence from 7 September 2026.
Work on the Stage 1 park has recommenced, with boardwalk construction underway ahead of the final planting. Practical Completion is expected on 17 September 2026.
The Stage 2 park is currently being tendered, with the contract expected to be awarded during September.

Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction of Sundrift Stage 1 is progressing well, with electrical works nearing completion and road construction underway. The works remain on schedule for completion by 12 December 2026.
Detailed design of the Stage 1 public open space areas is now complete, with the landscaping works to be tendered during September. Construction of the parks is scheduled to commence in early 2027.
