Taryn has built her property career around thoughtful, proactive management and creating strong, long-term relationships with both owners and tenants. Having started her career in the property industry with Celsius in 2016, she has developed extensive knowledge of the Perth property market, together with a practical understanding of what it takes to protect an investment while delivering a high level of service.
Throughout her career with Celsius, Taryn has gained experience across all aspects of residential property management, including portfolio management, leasing, business development, short and long-term tenancies, together with exposure to commercial property management. Holding a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, her broad experience has shaped a well rounded approach that combines strong systems, attention to detail and sound decision-making.
As Head of Property Management, Taryn oversees the day-to-day operations of the division, supporting and mentoring the team while maintaining a strong focus on service standards and continuous improvement. She also plays a key role in business development, working closely with new and existing clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored property management solutions. Recognising that every landlord’s property journey is different, Taryn understands the importance of adapting to individual needs, changing circumstances and an evolving property market. Her approach combines practical market knowledge, proactive advice and personalised service to help clients make informed decisions and maximise their property’s long-term potential.
Known for her responsiveness, honesty and willingness to take ownership from start to finish, Taryn believes effective property management should be proactive rather than reactive. As an investment property owner herself, she understands the importance of asset protection, clear communication and accountability, approaching each property with the same care and consideration she would expect for her own.
A lifelong Perth local, Taryn enjoys the fast paced and people focused nature of property management. She particularly values the relationships built along the way, with a number of former tenants later becoming landlords and choosing to entrust Celsius with their own investment properties.
