Alma Square starts to rise and interior selections commence
As Alma Square starts to rise out of the ground, Buyers begin to choose their interior selections.
Following over 6 months of in ground works, Alma Square has commenced its journey above ground and is starting to take shape. What is exciting about this next stage is to see the latest advancement in pre-cast concrete panels that are being delivered to site with the finished façade already in place. Whether that be polished concrete, brick or tile, it’s so much more visually pleasing to see the building come to life at this relatively early stage of construction. This modern method of construction has been put in place to ensure the project advances in a timely fashion when skilled trades and specific disciplines remain in very high demand. An added benefit is the quality control achieved by the finishing façade being incorporated in controlled settings.
We are now working with our Buyers to finalise all of their personalised selections for their new home. With a choice of four interior design selections on offer, as well as numerous upgrade options, Buyers have the ability to customise their home without interrupting the efficiency of overall construction.
Over the next 4 weeks the sales team will complete close to 70 Buyer selections which will inform the design team of the most in demand choices. Following this process, the sales team will work with the development team to finalise the selections of the unsold apartments.
Atlas Construction and their sub-contractors have continued the construction program on time and remain on track for completion and settlements in the first quarter of 2028. Many local Buyers living within the community have already bought their new home at Alma, whilst there are others who will be sitting back and waiting until closer to completion before making the decision to buy. This is a very normal rationale for many rightsizers and we are happy to talk with anybody regardless of what part of the journey they are on.
Whilst we are officially off market with no formal public advertising, we continue to receive direct enquiries from interested buyers and locals driving past the site. This direct engagement has resulted in the sale of another two penthouses over the past month with just one city facing penthouse remaining. Whilst we are unable to sell any of the remaining 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at present, we do have a good selection of 3 bedroom apartments available. So if you want the chance to customise your Alma residence you have until the end of July before the Celsius team will create the vision for the remaining properties.
Having spent many years working diligently to bring Alma Square to life, we are pleased to see this hard work come to fruition and in the not too distant future, over 200 new residents including first home buyers, young professionals, couples, families and downsizers will be calling Alma Square home. Interestingly over 85% of sales to date have been to Owner Occupiers suggesting fierce demand amongst tenants to call Alma home.
