Anzac Road, Mount Hawthorn – September Update 2020
September saw the return of sunny days, which meant the builder was able to make good progress during the month.
The first floor external cladding has been installed on all but one of the townhouses, with the remaining townhouse 95% completed. Once the cladding was installed this meant the townhouses were water tight and at lockup stage. This has allowed the gyprock to be hung to the first floor walls and ceiling and the white set applied to the ground floor walls and ceiling. The bulkhead frames which will conceal the mechanical services have also been installed and the internal doors have also been hung to the first floor.
