Celsius Land April 2026 Update
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works are well progressed with earthworks complete; and sewer, drainage and retaining walls well progressed. Practical completion is on target for July 2026 with titles expect to issue in August 2026.
Stage 2B consisting of 28 lots was released for sale on 25 March 2026 and has since sold out.
Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are well advanced with reticulation and playground complete and turf due to be laid later this week.
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Bulk earthworks at Sundrift progressed throughout April 2026 along with sewer and retaining wall construction. The project experienced a 2 week delay due to Cyclone Narelle, however didn’t incur any material damage to the retaining walls partly constructed on site.
Detailed design of the public open space areas is continuing, as is town planning of Stage 2.
Work is now commencing on the sales and marketing of an upcoming waterfront release in the coming months.
