Celsius Land July 2026 Update
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works are due for completion on 12 August. All services have been installed and roadworks are well progressed. The remaining works include asphalting of the roads, installation of power domes and streetlights, together with the final trimming of the residential lots.
Completion of the Stage 1 park has unfortunately been further delayed and is now expected in September. The Stage 2 park will be tendered during August, with landscaping to follow.
Home construction in Stage 1 is continuing, with several homes now completed and occupied.

Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction at Sundrift continues to progress at pace, with major civil works nearing completion and the future streets of the community beginning to take shape.
Earthworks, sewer, drainage, water infrastructure and retaining walls are now approximately 95% complete, with only finishing works remaining over the coming months.
Electrical and nbn® works are underway and approximately 20% complete, while road construction has commenced throughout the development. During August, work will continue across the electrical, nbn and road networks.
Stage 1 will include three areas of public open space, with landscaping scheduled to commence early next year.
