Celsius Land – November Update
Project Update – Jayes Road, Piara Waters
Settlements in stage 2 commenced on 7 November 2024 with 26 of the 43 lots settled to date. The first distribution to investors was made in November 2024 with a second distribution due in mid December 2024 and more to follow in 2025. There were 3 sales during the month of November with 7 lots remaining for sale before the project is sold out. Landscaping works are continuing with stage 1 now due for completion in December 2024 and stage 2 in March 2025.
Project Update – Lot 102 Arabian Court, Champion Lakes
Construction works are underway in stage 1 with the earthworks complete and servicing well underway. 29 lots in stage 1A were released for sale in October 2024 with these lots all sold. 9 lots in Stage 1B were released to the market on 26 November.

Project Update – Regional Projects
Celsius is also continuing to work on the town planning for the development of Superlot D in Exmouth. A planning scheme amendment to rezone the land to Urban Development was lodged in November 2024 and is being progressed by the Shire of Exmouth. A subdivision application to develop the land is now being prepared for lodgement in early 2025.
In Quindalup, the finishing touches are being made on documentation for the Dunsborough East Town Planning Scheme Amendment to rezone this area to Urban Development and Local Structure Plan; which will both be submitted to the City of Busselton in late 2024.
