Celsius Land – Development Update
It’s been a busy period for Celsius Land, with continued progress across our existing developments and planning advancing on several new projects.
Construction is nearing completion at Sundrift stage 1 in Exmouth, all residential lots have now been sold at Champion Lakes, and planning continues for the development of Dunsborough East.
We’re also pleased to share updates on two of our newer projects at Seville Grove and Dayton, which will contribute to the delivery of much-needed housing across Perth in the coming years.
Below is a snapshot of what’s been happening across our projects.
Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
All residential lots at Celsius Living, Champion Lakes have now been sold, with just two settlements remaining.
The Stage 2 landscaping works have recently been tendered, with construction expected to commence in December 2026 following some delays in obtaining approvals. These works will complement the recently completed park; create an attractive gateway to the broader Champion Lakes area and further enhance the amenity of the estate for residents.
Project Update – Sundrift, Exmouth
Construction of Stage 1 at Sundrift, Exmouth is nearing completion, with electrical works and road construction well advanced. The project remains on schedule for completion in December 2026, with titles anticipated in early 2027.

Detailed design of the Stage 1 public open space areas has been completed, with landscaping works currently being tendered and construction expected to commence in early 2027.
With a range of residential and waterfront lots available, Sundrift presents an exciting opportunity to be part of Exmouth’s newest coastal community.

Project Update – Dunsborough East
Celsius Land continues to project manage the proposed development of 41 Mewett Road, Quindalup, on behalf of the Fowler Group.
The proposed scheme amendment and Local Structure Plan for the broader Dunsborough East area are currently being advertised for public comment by the City of Busselton, with submissions closing on 11 November 2026.
The proposals seek to facilitate the long term expansion of Dunsborough. Further information and details on how to make a submission are available on the City of Busselton’s Your Say website.
Project Update – Seville Grove
Celsius has secured a new development site in Seville Grove, with plans to deliver approximately 200 residential lots while retaining significant areas of native vegetation and providing new public open space.
The project forms part of the Western Australian Government’s Housing Diversity Pipeline initiative, which aims to accelerate the delivery of new housing across Perth.
A Local Structure Plan was lodged with the City of Armadale in October 2026, and the project has also been referred to the Commonwealth Government for consideration under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
Celsius is currently exploring opportunities to bring forward the first stage of development, with the aim of commencing construction during 2027, subject to the necessary approvals.
Project Update – Dayton
Celsius has also secured a development site in Dayton, in Perth’s north-eastern growth corridor, with the potential to deliver approximately 90 residential lots.
The site is currently progressing through the rezoning process, with further detailed planning to follow. The development will benefit from its proximity to the Reid Highway and Drumpellier Drive interchange, which is currently under construction and expected to be completed in mid-2027.
Subject to planning approvals, construction of the residential development is currently anticipated to commence in 2028.
