Celsius Sales Team Growing From Within

This month I am delighted to feature two amazing Celsius team members who continue to expand their careers under the Celsius umbrella. Many of you will have interacted with both Laura and Simone over the past few years in a variety of roles. Simone has in fact worked alongside me in our Ray White Exmouth agency since we acquired the business with Mark Lucas in 2009 and we jumped at the opportunity to bring Simone under the Celsius umbrella when she decided to relocate to Perth in 2021. Next week Simone will be bringing to market the first 3 bed apartment to sell in our Lucent Claremont development since completion and has developed a thorough understanding of buyer needs for apartment living.  Having worked alongside all our Elysian Buyers assisting to bring their apartment to life, she also welcomes the opportunity to help them transition to their new home by providing a seamless experience and commencing the sale process for their existing home. Laura joined Celsius in 2021 and whilst maintaining a firm goal of becoming an outstanding sales agent, I admire the fact she has diligently worked in sales administration for over 2 years before spending the last 12 months assisting Steve in sales. Steve took an extended break in January to celebrate a milestone birthday and Laura sold 5 properties, receiving outstanding feedback from every Seller and Buyer.

Laura commenced her career in real estate 6 years ago, starting her journey as a receptionist at the age of 17. Even though Simone started working as the Relationship Manager for Developments with Celsius in 2021, you may also recognise her from her time working alongside the Celsius Property Directors for more than 13 years during their involvement with Ray White Exmouth.

Prior to joining the Celsius team, Simone has worked in every aspect of real estate, including management, sales, property management and administration processes, shaping her as a leader in this industry.

She attributes her success to being able to forge strong relationships with both her clients and colleagues. Her welcoming nature, love of bringing people together and passion for sales and property development make her the right person to take on this diverse role, working in our sales team and building long-term relationships with clients.
