October was another successful month onsite, with the builder completely pouring all of the 4th floor slab. The photos attached to this update were taken 3 days before this update will be published so that is why the 2nd half of the 4th floor slab is still being formed, but I can confirm that the pour is scheduled to occur on the last day of the month.
Internally, work has continued on fitting out the basement with all of the electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire services.
The majority of the props have been removed from the 1st floor, which has allowed the commencement of the construction of the internal wall frames along with the prepays for the electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire services.
Looking forward to next month, you will see from the photos that the builder has commenced forming the 1st half of the 5th floor slab, with the target being around the middle of November to have the 5th floor fully formed and poured.
The final slab to be poured will be the roof slab, and if everything goes according to the current construction program the builder should have that formed and poured too by the end of November.
Internally, the builder will commence removing the props from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, with the wall frame construction and service trades following behind.
