The Fitz, North Perth – Project Update September 2016

I’m pleased to report that titles were issued by Landgate on 28th September, which means the settlement of the apartments will occur on or before the 19th October.

As this will be my last update for this project I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that has been involved in its delivery, in particular Klopper and Davis Architects and Construction West, and I hope the buyers of the apartments will be as happy as we are with the final product.

Finally, we have set up two apartments as sale display suites and I have included some professional photos that have been taken of those apartments.  The display suites are open every Saturday and Sunday if you would like to view the building in person.
