45 Halley Street, Innaloo – Project Update April 2016
We have been advised by Landgate that the strata plan is now with WAPC being assessed so we expect the new titles should issue sometime in the next two weeks.
This process has taken a little longer than we had hoped due to Landgate having a significant volume of work that has slowed down all applications. Once new titles have issued the builder will commence work on obtaining the building permit so that construction can commence as soon as possible.
