Hive Apartments, North Perth – Development Update March 2016
We have finally reached the last two weeks of construction.
Since our last update 90% of the apartments have had their carpets/floorboards laid and all apartments now have their kitchen appliances installed and pendant lighting hung. Besides the last few apartments that still require carpet to be laid, the apartments are essentially completed internally except for a few minor items.
Next week the builder will start their final quality control inspections which will identify any issues they require trades to come back and fix. Once that process is completed the apartments will be cleaned ready for the buyers inspections.
Externally the car park has been prepared and the bitumen will be laid next week. The landscapers have arrived on site and landscaping will commence tomorrow.
Unfortunately the practical completion date has again slipped slightly and is now set for the 15th April. Hopefully you have now spoken to your sales agent about undertaking your defects inspection which will occur during the week after practical completion. We are confident that titles will issue 4 to 6 weeks after practical completion.
