Lucent Claremont – February Update 2021

We are very pleased to report that Lucent Claremont has now reached practical completion and new titles have issued with Landgate to allow settlements to proceed.

Jaxon continues to have a presence on site as they close out the remaining building defects picked up during final inspections, but we are very pleased to report the majority of contract works are now complete and the building is beginning to be occupied by the first residents. As the building is completely sold out we are expecting it to reach full occupancy within a matter of weeks so despite the builder reducing their presence on site, there will still be a lot of activity occurring as we co-ordinate move-ins for 39 apartments in a relatively short window.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our builder, Jaxon, for their efforts in delivering such a great building. This would not have been possible however, without the design team lead by Hillam Architects and our team of consultants that designed the project and oversaw its delivery. We would also like to thank our investors and project financier, ANZ bank, who once again partnered with Celsius to deliver the project on budget and within our estimated duration.

The photos attached to this update were taken last week and we were very pleased to see an almost identical resemblance to our 3D marketing renders – in fact, some have even commented that the real thing looks better than the renders which is great to hear!

We are now looking forward to our next western Suburbs project which will be in a prime location on Rokeby Road in Subiaco. We hope to have a development approval in place sometime in April so stay tuned for updates in the near future. In the meantime, if you would like more information on the project or want to register your interest please go to www.385rokeby.com.au.

Regards,
Matt Evans
