Lucent Claremont now complete as 385 Rokeby Subiaco applies for Development Approval

We are so excited to announce that individual titles for Lucent Claremont issued on the 25th February and our Buyers begin settlements on the 2nd March. We are very proud of our first Western Suburbs project and thrilled to have so many great Owner Occupiers moving into their customised home.

For sure there has been a lot of blood, sweat and tears by all parties including Hillam Architects, Jaxon Construction and their many contractors to carve out such individualised apartments following our unique “Design Your Own Apartment” campaign. Whilst it hasn’t always gone smoothly, the fact that we have completed the project on time despite all that Covid-19 has thrown up, is testament to the quality of the project team.

When we embarked on the Design Your Own Apartment campaign, we were not only looking for Buyers for Lucent, but also to learn from what future occupants of apartments actually want in their home. We have learnt an incredible amount through this process that it is unlikely that out next project will require anywhere near the customisation. That being because we have listened to the end user and adapted our vision accordingly.

Speaking of next projects, we are delighted to announce that we have applied for Development Approval with the State Development Assessment Unit (SDAU) for 385 Rokeby Road Subiaco, the old Chippers site. 385 Rokeby is a boutique mixed use project of only 37 apartments and ground floor commercial / retail space.  The target market is discerning buyers looking to live in the South Rokeby village, just a short walk from Kings Park and great cafes and wine bars. The mixed-use project will enhance housing choice and bring additional vibrancy to the immediate surrounds.

Following the success of Lucent Claremont, which sold out prior to titles issuing, we are confident of strong local support for Subiaco.

You can access more information on 385 Rokeby, along with a frequently asked questions section at 385rokeby.com.au. You are also able to register your interest if you would like to be kept informed along the way.

Over the past month, we have also pushed the button on our very first land subdivision in Champion Lakes and got down to the final 5 apartments left to sell at Vic Quarter.

2021 has started with a bang in the property market in Western Australia and we believe the market will continue to build as borders open and positive migration continues from both interstate and overseas.

We look forward to keeping you informed with our progress along the way and happy to assist with any query you may have at any time.

All the very best

Richard
