Lucent Claremont – Project Update February 2019
We are pleased to report that Jaxon have been appointed as the builder for Lucent Claremont – a highly experienced construction company in the Perth apartment market having recently finished significant apartment projects in Cottesloe, Subiaco and Mount Pleasant.
Celsius is currently working with Jaxon and Hillam Architects to refine various design details in the building to ensure we achieve the highest possible level of finish.
At this stage we remain on track to commence construction in the second quarter of 2019 and we look forward to updating you on the building permit issue shortly.
Now that our project delivery team has been finalised we are planning an information evening to provide prospective buyers an opportunity to meet the team involved – the architects and their interior design team, the builder, as well as our own developments team.
This information evening will be held on Wednesday 3rd April at the Claremont Football Club so we encourage anyone who is interested, to come along and meet the team who will answer any questions you may have regarding this exciting project.
