Lucent Claremont – Project Update June 2019
We are very pleased to announce that Jaxon Constructions will be mobilizing to site next week to commence construction at Lucent Claremont!
Initial preparations for construction have already begun, including dilapidation surveys of the neighbouring lots and underground surveys to confirm locations of services.
Unfortunately the underground survey has revealed the Western Power low voltage line is not in the correct position and has strayed into our property by approx. 300mm in the centre of the site.
This low voltage line therefore needs to be relocated by Western Power to allow our piling contractor to commence their works.
We expect an update in the coming days to confirm timings of these works but in the meantime Jaxon will be completing the remainder of their site preparations to minimise any further delay caused by the Western Power fault.
