Lucent Claremont – Project Update May 2018
We are pleased to report that our development application is progressing through the required channels at the Town of Claremont and we are hopeful of receiving a favourable determination within the next 60 days. In the meantime we have been progressing our detailed design development including all the apartment interior designs in advance of our official project launch in August. Our “Design your own apartment” pre-launch campaign continues to be very well received with 7 of the 40 apartments now being reserved by purchasers. This process has given us invaluable feedback from potential buyers which we have subsequently been working into our design to hopefully deliver a project that is truly responding to what the market wants.
