Lucent Claremont – Project Update May 2019
We are pleased to report that Jaxon Construction will be commencing on site next month.
Work has commenced removing the viewing tower from the property to clear the way for Jaxon to take possession of the site.
We are very excited to see the development reach this significant milestone and will be providing regular monthly construction updates between now and completion, which is expected at the end of 2020.
We have had a noticeable increase in sales enquiries over the last month with four sales achieved in that period. Excellent opportunities still remain in the building but at the current sales rate they will not last for long so please don’t hesitate to call if this project is of interest to you.
