Lucent Claremont – Project Update September 2018
We are pleased to report that the detailed design stage for Lucent Claremont is progressing well.
Our consultant team has now completed 75% of the tender issue drawings and we expect to have the final drawing package completed in the next 3 weeks.
During this design phase a significant amount of work has taken place refining the plans including all aspects of the interior design.
We have also been working closely with our 3D modelling company to produce some high quality renders that will form the basis of our marketing campaign which will be launched in October.
Whilst we have not been actively marketing the project over the last month, we are pleased to report that we have still been receiving a good level of enquiry from the site signage and we now have ten of the 40 apartments officially reserved prior to the official launch next month.
