New Development – 125 Bank Street

We are pleased to introduce our latest development at 125 Bank Street, East Victoria Park.  The development is a joint venture between Rocky Bay and Celsius Developments and will comprise of eight villas, with four being designed as Specialist Disability Accommodation (“SDA”).

The Joint Venture’s mandate is to retain and lease the eight villas, with Rocky Bay utilising the four SDA villas to provide much needed accommodation for their customers. The four non-SDA villas have been designed for the general public with the aim of providing SDA occupants better opportunities of integrating within the wider community.

The non-SDA villas have also been designed as wheelchair accessible, which will mean that family members of the SDA villa occupants may choose to rent one of these villas so they are able to be closer to their loved ones.

Construction has commenced with the earthworks well underway.  The site has been cleared and levelled and the in ground stormwater system has also been installed.

The construction program is set for 40 weeks so the builder is expected to reach practical completion around late March 2022.

As the villas will be retained, we have not commissioned any 3D renders and therefore I am not able to provide you any images of the proposed finished product.
