North Perth Approval Paves Way for Apartment Launch by mid 2024

Late last year Celsius was successful in securing development approval for 104 apartments, 1,000m2 of office space and over 1,500m2 ground floor retail offering at 387 Fitzgerald Street North Perth.

Our team of consultants are now progressing the working drawings whilst we plan our sales and marketing campaign to commence in the 2nd quarter of 2024. Bringing a development of this scale to life is no mean feat and we welcome the opportunity to offer a quality mixed use residential community to long term North Perth residents and the many aspiring North Perth residents that simply cannot currently get into the market. We estimate that on completion over 50 established homes in the City of Vincent will be sold to new residents as long term residents embraced quality housing choice arriving in their community.

Over the coming months we will be preparing site signage, an onsite display and sales gallery, and viewing tower which we hope will assist bring the project to life for our future residents.  As an approximate guide to onsite activity our team is working toward the following timeline:

  • Initial Onsite Signage: April 2024
  • Onsite Viewing Platform: May 2024
  • Onsite Sales Gallery: June 2024
  • Anticipated Construction Commencement: 1st Quarter 2025
  • Estimated Construction: 2 years
  • Settlement / move in date: 2nd Quarter 2027
