Park Terraces – October Update 2020
Welcome to the first project update for our latest development of 12 terrace homes located at 20 Sadka Lane, Shenton Park. Located within DevelopmentWA’s Montario Quarter.
Montario Quarter is located within 5km of the CBD on the site of the former Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital. This urban regeneration development is set to become a premium residential and retail precinct, integrating the retained natural environment with high quality built-form.
BGC have been selected as the builder and will be commencing construction on Monday, 2nd November 2020 with construction set to take 50 weeks. The site is currently cleared so BGC will be able to commence earthworks immediately.
The terraces are being sold off-the-plan with extremely strong sales to date with only 3 terraces remaining.
