Kylie has spent more than 25 years in the property industry, building a career that spans development, project delivery, strata and property management. After beginning her career as a Project Manager in the aged care sector, she joined Celsius in 2008 and has since worked across multiple areas of the business. This breadth of experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the entire property lifecycle and the expertise to lead projects from initial development through to long-term ownership and management.
As Director of Strata and Property Management, Kylie leads both divisions with a focus on protecting and enhancing the value of property assets over the long term. Her experience across development, strata and residential property management gives her a unique perspective on the complete property lifecycle, allowing her to guide projects seamlessly from construction and settlement through to the ongoing management of buildings, communities and investment properties. Having played a pivotal role across many of Celsius’ residential and mixed-use developments, she understands the challenges that arise at every stage and works closely with developers, owners, investors, residents and commercial operators to deliver practical, commercially sound outcomes.
Known for her methodical approach, attention to detail and calm, collaborative communication style, Kylie believes that successful projects are built on trust, transparency and proactive problem solving. She fundamentally believes that listening and clear communication are key to being able to resolve challenges before they escalate, leading to strong, lasting relationships. Taking the time to understand the unique needs of every stakeholder and engaging them in the project journey, Kylie’s leadership is centred on delivering commercially sound outcomes while maintaining a genuine focus on the people at the heart of every project.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of Perth’s coastal lifestyle. Weekends are often spent at the beach or around the sporting field, reflecting her love of community, teamwork and the outdoors.
