Roxanne has been part of the Celsius story from the very beginning, playing an integral role in helping build the business alongside her husband, Richard. After completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Psychology, Roxanne travelled overseas before returning to Perth to start her career in administration management within the private sector. Roxanne later worked in an Electorate Office for a Member of the Western Australian Parliament before turning her focus to helping establish what was then City-Life Residential, and is now Celsius Property.
As the business evolved, Roxanne expanded her expertise by completing a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, supporting the growing finance division while balancing family life. After taking some time away from the business to raise three children, she returned to Celsius in a part-time role, where she now oversees payroll and administration while also holding her Property Management Registration, enabling her to provide support across multiple areas of the business as required.
Known for her approachable nature, positive outlook and willingness to help wherever needed, Roxanne is passionate about creating an environment where both clients and colleagues feel genuinely supported. She takes pride in ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, believing that strong relationships, teamwork and attention to detail are the foundation of exceptional client service.
Having helped shape Celsius from its earliest days, Roxanne is incredibly proud of the culture the team has built together and continues to foster today. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with Richard and their three teenage children and values being part of a business that feels like an extension of the family.
