Rent>Try>Buy – What is it all about?
Rent > Try > Buy is a new initiative developed by Celsius Property to demonstrate to the market just how confident we are in our latest range of completed apartment developments in prime inner-city locations.
What’s on offer?
This initiative is being offered at our Whatley Apartments in Mount Lawley and both Hive Apartments and The Fitz Apartments in North Perth.
Whether you are looking to downsize, want a lock-up and leave lifestyle or have not quite saved enough to get in to your first home, Rent>Try>Buy could be for you.
So how does it work?
Step 1 – Rent the Property
Firstly, you sign a lease to rent your chosen apartment in one of our developments at the current market value. The lease term can be for either 6 or 12 months.
At the same time, you also sign an Offer to purchase the property at the current market value with a settlement time frame of up to 6 months from signing.
Step 2 – Try the Property
Next, you get to live in the property and enjoy everything the complex and local community has to offer.
Step 3 – Buy the Property
If you like the property, and want to proceed with the purchase, you have up to 6 months to settle on the property, and we will credit back all of the rent you have paid during the rental period.
