Roberts Street West, Osborne Park – July Update 2020
Since our last update the vinyl flooring inside the shop was laid and the last remaining minor items completed. This allowed practical completion to be achieve early in the month. The site has now been handed over to Coles Express and they have just commenced their fit-out with the aim of commencing trade in the middle of August.
As the project has now reached practical completion this will be the final update for this project. We would like to thank our builder, Luca Construct, and architect, Fueltech Consulting, for a fantastic job in assisting in bringing the project in on time and on budget.
