37 Sackville Terrace, Scarborough – Project Update March 2016
We are pleased to report that demolition at Sackville terrace is now complete. We have also now received our development approval from the City of Stirling and are now just waiting on the subdivision approval from the west Australian Planning Commission.
The subdivision approval is expected in the next 6 weeks, once this is obtained we will look to install services to the proposed new lots and we will then apply for new titles. At this stage we remain on track to have new titles issued by mid July with the aim of commencing construction in the third quarter of this year.
Sales enquiry has been very strong in the last few weeks with four of the seven lots now being under offer. If you want any further info on this development, don’t hesitate to call as we expect the remaining three lots will not last long.
