The Property Management Team 2024!
We are delighted to advise that after welcoming her beautiful baby boy, Finn, on 9 September 2023, Taryn has now returned from maternity leave on a part-time basis. She will be working three days per week, Monday – Wednesday and will have the assistance of the team on Thursdays and Fridays when out of the office. Finn is very photogenic and loves giggling at his fur siblings!
Jaylen (Jay) joined our team in August 2022 to cover Taryn’s maternity leave and we are delighted to announce that Jay will be staying on as a Property Manager with Celsius and taking over the portfolio currently managed by Kylie Gilmour. Kylie was seconded to the Property Management division in 2021 and after 3 years, it is time to welcome her back to Sales Admin! If you are thinking of selling in future or simply just want an appraisal, feel free to get in touch with the team. By having both Property Management and Sales under the same roof, we can try ensure a seamless transition or even work concurrently to reach your goal.
In addition to the above, we have also welcomed a new Property Management Assistant, Jessica Kirkham, this week! Jess will be working closely with the team to assist with inspections, viewings, tenant handovers, and some admin work in the office.
As you may have experienced with Celsius, whilst we have designated property managers for your property, we take a team approach within the division to ensure the needs of our clients and tenants are met as required. Therefore, whilst you may have one direct point of contact, the members of our Property Management team include:
