Vic Quarter – 20 sales in the first 2 weeks plus confirmation of Boston Brewery open date

In no particular order of importance, I am super excited to announce that the Boston Brewery will be opening at Vic Quarter on Friday the 13th December…. AND we have sold 20 apartments since the first inspection just over 2 weeks ago.

We had the Grand Opening of Vic Quarter on the weekend of the 16th and 17th November welcoming over 800 people across 417 groups. I had the pleasure of standing out the front of the entrance to welcome each and every visitor that had taken the time to come and inspect the quality first hand.

To say that we have been blown away by the positive feedback would be an understatement. Having lived and breathed the project for over 3 years we certainly are biased with regards to just how good we think the product is. However over 50 groups took the time to provide written feedback with 95% being extremely positive.

We chose VQ because of the beautiful apartments and great location and as downsizers the storage space in the apartment is brilliant!

Probably the best apartment development I have visited. Amazing amenities!

Well appointed, great position, good common areas, good range of floor plans.

Love the size of the terraces and the views of the city and hills.

All but 2 of the Buyers to date will be moving in to their new apartment with the majority being downsizers who feel they have finally found an offering with enough space and storage to make the move. We have sold 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments plus 1 of only 4 penthouses. Every apartment has been sold at the list price with no discounting.

In addition to the Buyers, we now have a list of over 15 people that have registered to rent one of the apartments should an Investor be interested in buying. When asked what rent they would be prepared to offer, the  number in some cases has come in above our rental estimates.

When Bob and Marilyn Fowler pushed the button on the commencement of this project over 3 years ago they knew we were creating a unique offering never before seen in Victoria Park and unlikely to ever be able to be completed at the current pricing again. This product offering and pricing has been made possible through acquiring the land over the past 30 years and obtaining a build price 2 years ago which has now been proven to be the bottom of the construction price market. This has also ensured that every design wish of the Architects and Sales Team were incorporated into the final build.

At Vic Quarter we are offering a quality product in an enviable location, heading from strength to strength, at pricing that meets the flatness of the market. No big discounts given to those that can negotiate best, no stamp duty rebates looking to prop the pricing up, no high commissions of overseas channel sales.
