Vic Quarter – Project Update July 2019

Good progress has been made on site in July as Vic Quarter enters the final two months of construction.

Aided by some better weather, the builder is making significant progress on the external render and painting of the building.

The scaffold has now dropped on the northeast corner of the site, down to level 3.

All planter boxes have now been lifted into place on the balconies of the top three levels and balcony balustrades have also been installed on these levels.

The pool has been sealed and work is about to commence on the decking to the pool area.

Internally great progress has been made with the first four floors now at lock-up and have been fully commissioned.

The fifth floor apartments are also nearing completion while excellent work has also been made on the penthouse level where the plumbing fit-off is about to commence.

At this stage we are on track for the building to be completed by the end of September.

Vic Quarter is a truly unique building in that none of the 105 apartment have been released to the market prior to completion.

As we are now nearing completion we will shortly begin a marketing campaign which will culminate in a VIP launch in October prior to the official public launch of the building.

By registering as a VQIP – buyers will be given the first opportunity to reserve an apartment prior to the public launch and will be given a private viewing of the building before it is made available to the public.
