Wicca Street – Rivervale
The main focus for October was to progress the townhouses to a similar stage that the villas are currently at, that is with kitchens and all wet areas nearing completion.
Good progress was made in this regard with the kitchen cabinets being installed in the rear townhouse and the cabinets are currently being installed in the front townhouse. As soon as the front townhouse’s cabinetry is completed the tile splashbacks will be laid and the stone benchtops installed in both kitchens. All of the wet areas have been waterproofed and the floor tiles laid.
Internally for the villas, cabinetry has been installed into all of the wet areas, including the basins and laundry troughs. The robes were also hung in the bedrooms.
Externally, the concrete garage floors were poured for both the villas and townhouses.
