45 Halley Street, Innaloo – Project Update May 2016
I am pleased to report that new titles have now issued at Halley Street and we are expecting settlements by the middle of June.
This process was unfortunately delayed due to a large back log at Landgate, but now that titles have issued, our builder will be in a position to progress the Building Permit application with the council. The process of having the building permit issued by the council takes approx. 3-4 weeks so at this stage we are estimating the construction will commence on site in the second half of July.
