37 Sackville Terrace, Scarborough – Project Update May 2016
We are continuing to work through our subdivision clearance items at Sackville Terrace which will enable us to lodge for new titles.
The main item on the critical path is getting the Western Power services installed. Unfortunately Western Power are notoriously slow and at the moment they appear to a have a significant back log of work.
The works required at Sackville terrace are relatively simple so we are hoping this will allow our project to be escalated, but we will keep you informed of progress in the coming weeks.
On the sales front, enquiries have been strong with only two units now left for sale. If you have any enquiries about the remaining units, don’t hesitate to call our sales team and they will be happy to assist
