Almond Lane, Ardross – Project Update June 2016
Excellent progress was made on site during June. Despite some wet weather the builder has managed to complete the roof to the apartment building at the rear. Work has also commenced on the electrical pre-lay inside the apartments. Brickwork has been roughed in for the power and outlets and light switching and lighting wires have been placed in the ceilings.
At the front building brickwork is now complete on the second floor and work will now commence on the roof structure.
We remain on track to complete construction in December and are aiming to have titles issued in January. I look forward to updating you further as the project progresses, but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.
