37 Sackville Terrace, Scarborough – Project Update June 2016
I am pleased to report that since our last update a Western Power construction team has now been assigned to our site and the Green dome is due to be installed next week. The development team is continuing to work on the final clearance items required for the subdivision to be finalized.
At this stage we are hoping to be in a position to lodge for new titles by the end of July. We look forward to updating you on progress next month.
