Celsius gears up to launch 86 lot subdivision in Piara Waters

Having recently secured the subdivision approval for land acquired from the Dawkins family in January 2022, we are preparing to officially launch the first of two stages in October this year. The property is well located in the western portion of Piara Waters just 26kms from the Perth CBD and extremely well connected by road, bus and train with Cockburn train station being just 8kms away. The area has excellent amenity nearby including the recently reopened C.Y. O’Connor Pub, C.Y. O’Connor Village shops, cafes and restaurants, Piara Waters Pavilion & Oval and Harrisdale Shopping Centre. Piara Waters Village is currently in development and will be home to Tucker Fresh IGA, a BP Service Station, medical centre, childcare and more. Piara Waters Primary School and Piara Waters Senior High School, which opened this year, are also close by.

Our team has registered over 200 potential buyers through site signage alone and we are encouraged by the number of local residents looking to upgrade or downsize but stay within the suburb they have grown to love. The subdivision will include a total of 86 family sized lots with the majority of lots being 375m2 – 450m2 in size with some larger lots over 500m2 on offer too. Considerable work has been done with a number of Building companies to ensure block dimensions suitable to a diverse range of house plans and design guidelines that will ensure a level of quality is preserved without over complicating the approval and build process.
